“How the Story of Your Life Can Set You Free From Your Past”

“Shinning a Light on Your Love Blind Spots”

Do you come with baggage? When you start a romantic relationship, you bring with you areas of sensitivity that can sometimes blind you when you’re interacting with your partner or spouse. If you haven’t put the pieces around that area of sensitivity together, it’s likely that it will affect how you relate and connect with your partner or spouse. You can have strong emotional reactions, impulsive behaviors, distorted perceptions, and powerful sensations in your body that can lead to emotional disconnection. During these moments of intense emotional reaction, you aren’t able to think clearly and remain flexible when you interact with your partner or spouse. You may wonder why your partner or spouse brings out the worst in you.
